After serving as a marketing executive in the wine and spirits industry, Julie founded Wine & Spirits Recruiting in 2001. In the two decades since then, Julie has guided her team through hundreds of high-level executive searches across all functional categories – general management, marketing, sales, operations, HR, finance, ecommerce, winemaking and international.

From some of the world’s largest companies to startups, Julie has leveraged her extensive expertise and deep connections to help clients and candidates all over the globe. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University, Julie holds an MBA from UCLA.
